One of the ways I express myself creativity is through cooking. If I could stop eating the food before getting pictures, I’d be able to share recipes here (goals for 2019). As a single mother, I also enjoy finding quick recipes that I can make and throw in the fridge or freezer to use throughout the week. These No-Bake Energy Balls are a great treat if you need a little pick me up while writing your book, painting that canvas, or decorating your room, as well as if you need a quick snack before a hike, dance class, or after a great workout. Quick and easy to make, you’ll enjoy them if you like chocolate (and I don’t like chocolate but I do enjoy these!!).
